GUIDELINE FOR AUTHORS
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
Authors are required to fill in the Statement of Originality Form (https://unej.id/JRSLSStatementOfOriginality).
The submission file is in Microsoft Word format (doc./docx.).
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
References can be written using Mendeley or Microsoft Reference
Make sure that when you are filling the Metadata form, all of the authors are entered into METADATA form
Make sure that all of the citations cited in your article are written in the bibliography, and all the research articles written in the bibliography are cited in your article

Articles submitted to this journal will undergo an Initial Review by the Editorial Team. An article may be declined if it does not meet the journal’s scope. Each submission will also be checked for indications of plagiarism; if any plagiarism is detected, the article will be rejected.
Articles that pass the initial stage will be sent to at least two Reviewers or Peer Reviewers (Mitra Bebestari) for further evaluation. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts if revisions are requested. Each manuscript will be assessed by the Peer Reviewers based on both substantial and technical aspects.
The final decision regarding article acceptance will be made by the Editors, based on the Reviewers’ recommendations.
Peer Reviewers (Mitra Bestari) collaborating with Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Lingkungan are experts in various fields of civil engineering.
GRAMMAR CHECKING
Authors must ensure that manuscripts written in English use correct and comprehensible grammar. For articles written in Indonesian, authors must ensure that the Abstract is written in proper and accurate English. The grammar of manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Lingkungan will be checked through manual review as well as with the assistance of Grammarly Premium software.
