is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. 

The copyright to this article is then transferred to Jurnal Rekasaya Sipil dan Lingkungan if the article is accepted for publication. Therefore, Jurnal Rekasaya Sipil dan Lingkungan has the non-exclusive right to reproduce, reprint, translate and provide articles in all forms of publication, such as photographs, microfilm, and other similar activities reproductions. 

Permission

Authors still have the right to duplicate, download and distribute the published material as long as the author and source are cited. Any violation found in the future of any copyright comes to the notice, then the author will be responsible for getting sanctions in accordance with prevailing regulations.  

 SCREENING FOR PLAGIARISM

Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. If authors use the work and/or words of others, proper citation must be provided. All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Lingkungan will be screened and checked for plagiarism by identifying their similarity index using plagiarism detection tools. Authors are strongly advised to check their manuscripts for plagiarism before submission. The plagiarism detection tool used by the Editorial Team of Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Lingkungan is Turnitin.

RETRACTION

Articles published in Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil dan Lingkungan will be considered for retraction if:

1. There is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, whether due to misconduct (e.g., data fabrication) or honest error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental mistakes);

2. The findings have been previously published elsewhere without proper cross-referencing, permission, or justification (e.g., cases of redundant or duplicate publication);

3. The article indicates plagiarism;

4. The research is reported in an unethical manner.
