ABSTRACT
Utilizing re-planning satellite imagery can result in the identification and strategies for planning costs for the Ungkalan Hamlet road. The purpose of this research is to find out the results of the current road conditions, produce re-planning based on the utilization of satellite imagery, and the results of cost calculations according to local regulations. Utilization of satellite imagery in the form of DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data produces slope, land use, and contour maps, which are then integrated into Civil 3D to calculate road geometrics. The road function used in this planning is local primary class III with flat terrain classification, a 2/2 TT road configuration, and a 40 km/h plan speed. The width of each lane is planned to be 3.5 m, with a shoulder width of 0.5 m each. The topographic elevation has an average of 0.59%, so it is in the flat terrain type with a total of 4.1 km of road. There are 3 bends planned, and all are SCS bends. The excavation volume total is 1775.93 m3, and the embankment volume total is 45.63 m3. The calculation of the cost budget plan and the entire unit price analysis are based on the Jember 2023 Regency Work Unit Price Analysis, with a final result of Rp 2.921.512.857.75.
