ABSTRACT
This research aimed to evaluate the service performance of Container Terminal, Boom Baru Port, Palembang based on the Ministry of Transportation Standard and to analyze the level of satisfaction of service users on the service performance. Performance analysis is carried out by calculating Bert Occupancy Ratio, Yard Occupancy Ratio, Effective Time: Berth Time, and Berth Troughput. Performance analysis shows that the 2018 BOR value is above the UNCTAD recommended value of 50% and the ET: BT value are under The Ministry of Transportation Standard value of 70%. The capacity analysis is carried out by projecting the flow of ships and containers from 2021 until 2029 by using Microsoft excel with the result that in 2029 the flow of ships is 522 vessels and 148122 TEU's of containers with an increase of 1.46% per year. The level of service user satisfaction was analyzed by using the Importance Performance Analysis method on 7 dimensions. The results show that several attributes have not satisfied service users and several attributes that need to be improved.
