ABSTRACT
Global warming is an issue that forms the basis for many sectors to determine the development direction. It occurs due to the greenhouse effect of the CO2 gas produced by human activities. An increase in population can lead to an increase in occupancy. Natural degradation due to the use of new areas that do not pay attention to the environment has the effect of increasing the production of greenhouse gas emissions, both directly and indirectly. Should be an alternative developer of housing development. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), a green certification agency in Indonesia, assessed the green concept for the area, Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 (GN Version 1.0). This study aims to determine the Greenship rating of the area, the activities needed to increase the green ship rating to level 1 in the Graha Riski Harmoni Housing area, and the required costs. GBCI assesses rating through interviews and field observations based on: LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE, and IFD. Based on the analysis, the Graha Riski Harmoni housing area scored 27 (22.13%) and did not meet the minimum green area limit according to GBCI. Areas that require a minimum of six additional activities to get a score of 45 (36.88%) to meet the minimum green area limit with a Bronze predicate. the need for a rating upgrade of Rp. 2,045,276,163 or Rp. 2,046,000,000.
