ABSTRACT

The Stadium is one of the facilities and infrastructure for carrying out sports activities. The purpose of this study was to determine some of the risk factors for stadium construction. In this study the risk factors are divided into four, namely client responsibility, contractor responsibility, joint responsibility, and responsibility has not been decided, in this case, the author will analyze the risks inherent in the construction of the stadium, the methods to be used in conducting a literature review of the risks involved. never been studied in a previous study. The results obtained in this study are to ensure the safety and risks for the safe operation, maintenance, development and repair of the stadium. Existing risk factors must be minimized to prevent cost overruns, and delay in the completion of the stadium construction.
