ABSTRACT
Jurang Dawir Irrigation Area passes through 3 sub-districts, they are Tekung District, Kunir District and Sumbersuko District. Jurang Dawir Irrigation Area is centered on the Dawir DAM located in Mojosari Village, Sumbersuko Sub-District Lumajang Regency. Jurang Dawir irrigation area is 1,088 ha which is divided into several irrigation buildings. The availability of water in the dry season has always been a serious problem in Jurang Dawir Irrigation Area. Therefore, optimization efforts using dynamic program is used to optimize irrigation water so that it can increase yields. The maximum profit that can be obtained from each standard season is Rp. 16,889,092,976.09 with a 9.44% increase in the low season, Rp. 14,963,754,778.30 with an increase of 3.49% in the dry season, and some additional calculations in 2015 reaching to Rp. 16,572,814,376.08 with an increase of 6.11%.
